Here is a general translation,

I should have been more unfriendly, I must confess,

My true love’s passion. Therefore, pardon me,

Juliet is trying to tell Romeo that she is no strumpet. She tends to be on the friendly side but she is a woman/girl of morals. This is basically a play of words between the courting teenagers. She pretends to keep him at arms length to show her womanly discretion.
