Their love is forbidden - that goes without saying. Do they grow? I think not. They move so quickly - meet Sunday afternoon, married, and dead all by Thursday (in between with a couple of murders, a honeymoon, and a fake funeral) - that no real growth is possible. What happens is dynamic in the sense that they do everything quickly, but I do not think this represents real growth. They come off as impulsive teens.
