Juliet says her family will kill Romeo if they see them. Romeo replies:

Alack, there lies more peril in thine eye Than twenty of their swords. Look thou but sweet, And I am proof against their enmity.

Romeo is meaning that the expression in her eye has more capacity to slay him than their swords.
