how does capulet respond to paris' proposal to marry juliet?

At first Capulet says Juliet is too young to marry, "Let two more summers wither in their pride/Ere we may think her ripe to be a bride." He later concedes that if he can woo Juliet at the party, he will consider speeding up the wedding.
