Basically their conversation consists of "lovey dovey" sort of stuff. Romeo is instantly obsessed with the fair Juliet,

I profane with my unworthiest hand

This holy shrine, the gentle fine is this:

My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand

To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.

Romeo is all about how he is unworthy of such a shrine......Juliet seems to like Romeo as well, she lets him kiss him anyway. She tries to play a little coy, "Saints do not move, though grant for prayers' sake." She is certainly isn't running away from him!
