Explain Romeo's response to Mercurio in these lines?

I am too sore enpierced with his shaft

To soar with his light feathers, and so bound

I cannot bound a pitch above dull woe;

Under love’s heavy burden do I sink.

Mercutio wants Romeo to cheer up and return to being a lover when they go to the Capulet party. Romeo says that he has already been wounded by Cupid's arrow so he cannot soar like a free lover. He sinks beneath his wound. Remember that Romeo is still depressed from his unrequited love for Rosaline.
