Does what we learned about Tybalt in ACT 1 also manifest itself in ACT 3?

Tybalt is a "hot head". He looks for a fight to validate his loyalty to his family as well as validate his masculinity. In Act one he is very much an instigator of the brawl in the market. Similariy, in Act 3, he is the instigator for the brawl with Mercutio.
