why did stacey go after T.J. to the wallace's store ?

Mr Logan wants everyone to stop going to that store because bad kids hang their and its not a safe environment

Stacey went after TJ because he knew he was going to get himself into trouble. You're right, the children have been forbidden going to the store, and Mrs. Logan is not going to be happy.
