Evaluate Stacey's decision to help T.J. Do you think he would have helped him?

Stacey did the right thing, TJ made some very bad choices, but he learned his lesson when he unknowingly became embroiled in a robbery and assault. I'm pretty sure he also learned what real friendship was when he suffered by the hands RW and Melvin. As for TJ, I'm not sure what he would have done had their positions been reversed. I'd like to say he would have done the right thing...... but I'm not so sure. What do you think?
