why is it that in act 4 queen elizabeth is more of an assertive character, what evidence tell us this what are some of the reasons?

After Richard seizes the throne, Elizabeth has no choice but to assert herself. Her sons are the direct heirs to the throne, and their uncle has seized their birthright. Danger looms.
