What do we learn about Higgins' view of human nature from his comments to Clara? How does this view reflect on his concern for proper language and his bluntness?

Higgins' view of human nature is not very positive; he reflects that everyone should speak properly, and the everyone should act properly.  However, he calls anyone who does not do so horrible names - "draggletailed guttersnipe" - and "squashed cabbage leaf."
