Describe the irony in Mrs. Pearce's warning to Higgins about his language and manners.

Mrs. Pearce makes Higgins promise to act as a role model for Liza by not swearing. The training is to be about culture and manners rather than language alone. Thus, Higgins, who is teaching language, manners, and deportment, doesn't always adhere to his own lessons.... a bit ironical.
