Why do you think Elizabeth continues to hate Darcy.

Darcy is a jerk that likes to ruin a good mood so when he sees Bingley and Jane having the time of their life he sets to ruin their relationship.

Elizabeth has the pride part of the title. She might be attracted to Darcy but has made up her mind that he is prejudiced and entitled. She fails to see that Darcy is changing until much later in the play. She would rather believe Mr. Bingley's fabrications than ask Mr. Darcy about the truth.
