Why did Eliza refuse Darcy's proposal?

Elizabeth explains her reasons for turning him down. These reasons are, first, the arrogant manner of his proposal; second, his actions to separate Bingley and Jane; and third, his actions toward Wickham.

She says that she can't imagine saying yes to a man who has made her sister so unhappy. She also doesn't like the way he has treated Mr. Wickham.
