What does Lady Catherine criticize about Elizabeth's character? Why are these criticisms significant?

She mentions Elizabeth's strong willed "impudence". I suppose given the context of the times Elizabeth was strong willed but this is what makes her such an interesting character. Ironically Mr. Darcy will end up appreciating this part of her personality.
