Was Eliza prejudice against Darcy only

Elizabeth's initial meeting with Darcy begins on the wrong foot when he publicly proclaims her NOT pretty. From there on it's all downhill (for awhile). She see darcy as allof, rude, condescending, and as having a lack of character.
