What process did a boy or girl have to go through to become a Jungvolk?

They had to join a version of the Hitler Youth. Generally they had to look the part of a preferably blond Aryan specimen worthy of Hitler's obsessive delusions. Then they would undergo Hitler's very gender specific "training" and brainwashing.
