What is Cassio’s response to Iago’s invitation to drink? What does it indicate about Cassio?

"Not tonight, good Iago. I have very poor and unhappy brains for drinking. I could well wish courtesy would invent some other custom of entertainment."

Cassio is well aware of his inability to handle his liquor..... he'd be just as happy doing something else.
