Othello

What are two appropriate quotes to illustrate Desdemona's initial strength and her eventual submissiveness?

I'm trying to prove Desdemona's behaviour through quotes, but most of the proof I found is either implied, vague, or said by other people. Which quotes proves her change of behaviour appropriately?

I don't hink Desdemona was submissive: at least not within the context of the story. She felt her role was to stand by her husband's side despite his mental instability. She is not afraid to tell Othello he is wrong but she refuses to give up on him.
