Othello, in his deranged state, makes reference to “goats and monkeys”. Explain the reference and where the statement was first made and by whom.

Othello is welcoming his people to Cyprus. I think that "Goats and Monkeys" implies that the people like to have sex. This gives the imagery of unfettered carnal sex, even beastiality.
