compare and constrast Iago and Desdemona?

Iago and Desdemona are polar opposites- he is evil, manipulative, and only concerned about himself and what he wants. Desdemona is full of life, wants what is best for others - especially Othello - and loves without any expectation of any "profit" for herself.
