Which characters showed an honest nature, despite their circumstances and “low birth”?

Oliver certainly showed this. Nancy is another character that shows these traits. She eventually betrays Fagin and Sikes to save Oliver, but she will not leave them, and pays her life for this decision. I think a motif through this story is that "low-birth" does not necessarily equate to low morality.
