suggest few methods to reform political parties

In some cases, the leaders of political parties are elected and thus can be removed from office as a method of reform. Individuals can make suggestions on ways to change the party's platform and ideas; in some cases these suggestions can be transformed into a new vision of what a party is doing in terms of its platform. In some cases, a political party can be moved from the majority in the government to the minority in the government, thus forcing its leaders to reconsider their ideas/ideals and make changes that serve the needs of the people the best.
