Explain George and Lennie’s relationship in your own words. Do you think they empower each other, or does one person hold most of the power?

In my opinion, George has a parental relationship with Lennie. Yes, they are companions, but George also looks out for Lennie, guides him, and encourages him. Lennie, however, is more physically powerful, and his strength when combined with his childlike personality is a recipe for disaster.
