evidence on curleys wife in ranch

could i get some evidence on curleys wife being the only girl in the ranch.

Basically the evidence is that she is the only character that is a woman in the story.

There are other females on the ranch: Lulu and any puppies who are female.

The only other women referred to in the novel are Aunt Clara (whose name is spoiled by the naming of a dirty "hostess" the same name) and Suzie and Clara, the "hostesses." Also the wife's mom, from whom she ran away, and the woman in the red dress who cried rape when Lennie touched her in Weed.
