Curley's wife experiences discrimination because she's the only woman on the ranch and she's married. 

Crooks experiences racial discrimination.

Lennie is islolated because of his learning disability.

The other characters don't like Curley because of his attitude.

Candy is simply an old man.... ignored because he isn't needed.
