Number the Stars

How would the Johansens have answered this question: Would you ever be willing to risk your life for another person? Under what circumstances might you take this risk?

The book is Number the Stars. Chapter 5.

I need this by tomorrow. Thanks so much!

The Johansens do risk their lives to help people. That is a large part of the major narrative of the novel. They are empathetic to the plight of Jews risking everything, including their lives, to ferry Jews to Sweden.
