What are the significance of nutrition and health, a recurrent theme in Ehrenreich's

go to the doctor if they are ill? What happens when people who are ill wait long

Nutrition and health are important in order for workers to remain in the work force.

Employers would benefit is the workers are healthier, as there would be fewer missed days.

According to the text, the incentive would be health coverage, something many of the workers do not have.

In waiting to go for treatment, many ailments worsen and lead to other health problems.
