Nickel and Dimed workers

This is a matter of opinion. Large companies should definitely provide some types of benefits for their employees. Small business owners would never be able to afford substantial benefits. None-the-less, I believe that all buisiness owners, large and small, should give their employees some type of benefit package. Note, in my mind, this might be nothing more than sick pay or leave. It all depends on the job and the type of business. You could answer this a million different ways based upon your own beliefs and opinions.
