Nickel and Dimed: On (Not) Getting By in America

In order to meet her expenses, the author takes a second job. Do you agree with her decision? Why or why not?

Why does she still have a car if she can't affored anything else. If she didn't have her car she would be more like us in poverty.

I think that the author was doing what many of the working poor are forced to do. They simply must get two jobs to survive and the author must do the same to be true to her experiment.
