Identify the fringe benefits of the job for the workers. How do these benefits and working conditions differ from that of the middle class and professional workers

I think the "fringe" benefits are meant to be ironic. These workers have no benefits. They work for low-wage salaries and paltry tips. While the middle class have some job protection and benefits, largely through unions, the working poor enjoy few, if any, benefits.
