I would say that in the Kingdom the people are mortal, there is no magic and there is a sense of order. By order I mean that the time, space and events follow the chronological. They are subject to the laws of the dimension relegated to mere mortals. The forest, which is often enchanted in Shakespeare's comedies, is much more airy and chaotic.
