After Lady Macbeth reads her husband's letter, she thinks him to full "o'th'milk of human kindness" to do the deed (murder Duncan). Thus, she plans to encourage and influence her husband's actions in whatever wat necessary for him to become King.

pour my spirits in thine ear,

And chastise with the valor of my tongue

All that impedes thee from the golden round
