What do the brothers, Malcolm and Donalbain, decide to do at the end of Scene 3 and why do they decide to do it?

They decide to go to England (Malcolm) and Ireland (Donalbain) for their own safety. They believe that being separated will keep them safer. Donalbain sums this strategy below:

To Ireland, I. Our separated fortune
Shall keep us both the safer. Where we are,
There’s daggers in men’s smiles. The near in blood,
