Besides becoming a paranoid sociopathic murderer, not too much! Okay, let's trace back:

-Kills Duncan (the king)

-Kills Banquo/tries to kill Fleance

-Kills Macduff's family and just about everyone that lives in his castle

-commits treason against his king. Yes, by killing him!

-Really makes God angry by upsetting the universal order of things.
