sacred numbers in Macbeth

i've noticed shakespeare uses a certain 'christian sacred " numbers such as 3 and 7 nearly in all his plays. What is the lierary significance of using those numbers??

If you look at the religious symbolism the number three has great importance the blessed trinity, the three wise men the three gifts that were given Peter denied Jesus three times three days until the resurrection Jesus is said to have died on the cross at three p.m.
