In Act V, how does Birnham Wood ‘come’ to Dunsinane?

Malcolm’s soldiers disguise themselves by carrying branches.
This is simply a Shakespearean metaphor for an advancing army.
Malcolm decrees that the place names will be changed.
The three witches cast a spell over.
