We don't know too much about how L. Macbeth is regarded. As her husband’s standing increases, so would her standing. King Duncan seems fond of her but that's about it. L. Macbeth has a nasty disposition from the beginning so I wouldn't think she was loved by her servants or others. By the end of the play, L. Macbeth is on her own. The gentlewoman is scared of her mental state as is the doctor who really doesn't want to treat her.
