How has your impression of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth changed?

Macbeth and his wife are true to form in this scene. Macbeth, continues to be ridden with guilt. His mental state is questionable at best, and Lady Macbeth is still together enough to badger him into good behavior. The biggest changes in Macbeth and his wife are still to come.
