Macbeth goes from being dominated by his wife to really disregarding his wife. When she asks what is to happen to Banquo and Fleance, Macbeth dismisses her by saying, "be innocent of the knowledge dearest chuck." I think that by the end of the play, Macbeth really doesn't feel anything for L. Macbeth. After he finds out she kills herself Macbeth is too far gone into his own manic depression to really feel anything for her.
