Did Lady Macbeth and Macbeth have a good plan?

In terms of the plan they made to drug Duncan's guards and use their daggers as the murder weapons to kill of King Duncan and leave his blood on it.

Lady Macbeth's plan was well thought out and effecticve..... they succeeded in Killing the King. Macbeth followed orders...... thus, the plan wasn't really his.
