Our line numbers don't match but I think I know where you are. L. Macbeth clearly shows the disposition of a callous murderer. She fears her husband is too kind to kill the king, ,Yet do I fear thy nature, It is too full o' th' milk of human kindness to take the quickest route to be king.

Look like the time. Bear welcome in your eye,
Your hand, your tongue. Look like th' innocent flower,
But be the serpent under ’t.

Macbeth is not prepared to kill the king. L. Macbeth must question his manhood to convince him.
