characteristics of macduff

Malcolm knows Macduff is a good guy. He, however, wonders how loyal he might be when push comes to shove. Macbeth is a tyrant but he is still king and Macduff fled. So Malcolm concocts this rather silly test to see how loyal Macduff might be to him. Malcolm says,

I'll rape all the women

steal land and money

plunge Scotland into Hell

I'ts only this last one that Macduff has a problem with. Turns out Malcolm is still a virgin and Macduff past the stupid test!
