I believe they're equally difficult to combat, but if I have to choose one of the above.... I'll choose nature. Nature cannot be conquered..... we can learn to work with nature and even to protect ourselves from nature, but that protection doesn't always work. In the end, nature will always have its own way, which has been proven again and again through examples of natural disasters; think tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes and volcanic eruptions.
