Piggy blames Jack for making "things break up like they do".Do you agree?

Although Jack could be a strong positive figure, he chooses to go into savagery and begins to have "fun" which then leads to completely uncivilized behavior.  He messes with everything that could be rational and organized; he breaks up all the plans to escape the island and completely gives in to momentary joy.
