Jack calls this "war paint". Does that forebode anything?

Jack's "warpaint" certainly foreshadows his intent. Jack's mask frees himself from his old identity. Hunting, as we can figure out by now, is not the only thing on Jack's mind. He wants control and he is looking forward to going to war with anything or anyone (Ralph?) that stands in his way.
