Lord of the Flies

Can you please give me the chapter and page number in which Ralph "resisted laughing at Piggy with the other boys"?

In a previous question you said, "[Ralph] also has to resist laughing at Piggy with the other boys." Can you please give me the chapter in which that happened (And preferably the page number)? Thank you!

I recall in chapter four when Jack hits Piggy to divert attention from himself for letting the signal fire out while a ship passed. The spectacle of Piggy being punched was too much even for Ralph not to laugh a little.

Piggy and the parody were so funny that the hunters began to laugh.
Jack felt encouraged. He went on scrambling and the laughter rose to a
gale of hysteria. Unwillingly Ralph felt his lips twitch; he was angry with
himself for giving way.
