Who is the dominant partner in the Cornwall-Regan marriage ? Explain

In my opinion, Regan and Cornwall are pretty much equal in their marriage. When we first meet him, Cornwall seems to be pretty quiet..... content. After Lear finishes parcelling out his kingdom, however, Cornwall's true colors shine through..... and he proves himself just as evil as the woman he married.
