King Lear

Find two tragic flaws that exist within the character of King Lear. Tragic flaw # 1 should be about who he is on a personal level, and tragic flaw # 2 should be about who he is as a leader.

It cut off but the rest of the question is : Use quotations from the play, insights you may have, and extend to real life in your response. (You can extend to people who may have the same tragic flaw as Lear for example)

On a personal level, Lear is prideful and arrogant. As a leader, he is unable to pull away, he wants to be the power behind the power, and he is unable to realize that he no longer has any influence.
