Whom Do You Side With At This Point Ceasar Or The Consipirators?Why?

I'm not exactly sure where you are in the play, but I'd have to say that I'd choose Caesar's side. The conspirators are making assumptions and planning Caesar's death out of fear for the republic, all while forgeting who Caesar really is as a person. Even Brutus, who sees Caesar like family, turns against him..... he knows the man, and yet, he fears the power.
